Coach Dina specializes and is certified in coaching strength, conditioning, speed, and agility for all athletes. She also specializes in working with lacrosse, soccer, and volleyball athletes. She has created a reputation by building and developing some of the most high-performance female athletes in the Tampa Area. She has her masters in Exercise and Nutritional Science. Coach Dina uses her education and experience to take young women to the next level, both mentally and athletically. She is also currently a collegiate assistant lacrosse coach at the University of Tampa.
